- Description
- Interior / Exterior Painting and Surface Repair IDIQ, Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Solicitation number FA4600-06-R-0005. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contract with a basic period of performance for 365 calendar days, with three one-year options, using performance price trade-off method. Delivery Orders will be written against the basic year and the 3 additional option years. The contractor shall furnish all supervisors, personnel, equipment, tools, material, and transportation necessary to perform surface repair and painting of (1) Office Building Exterior, (2) Office Building Interior, (3) Residential Structure Exterior, (4) Residential Structure Interior, (5) Storage Tank Exterior, (6) Lead-Based Paint Abatement projects, and (7) Vinyl Wallcovering Removal/Repair. All work shall be performed at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The above description of work is for the purpose of general information only and is not intended to include and describe every feature or item of work or to define the scope of work. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. The estimated magnitude of this project, to include the option years is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 238320 with a small business size standard of $12 million. This acquisition is a 100% set aside HUBZone businesses. Only qualified HUBZones are eligible to compete for this acquisition. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The solicitation must be downloaded from www.eps.gov, as no paper copies will be issued. All solicitation documents and amendments will be available in electronic format. Any interested parties must be registered with Central Contract Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. CCR can be obtained by accessing www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. Any interested parties must complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) which can be accessed at http://orca.bpn.gov/. The estimated release date of the solicitation is on or about 16 June 06. A site visit will be conducted approximately two (2) weeks after the solicitation issue date.
