- Description
- Description: The Contractor shall operate a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) to provide Primary and Preventive Medical Care and provide space for a VA run Mental Health Clinic for eligible veterans enrolled with the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA). The Contractor's facility shall be located in Eureka, California. The Contractor shall provide qualified health care providers, medical facilities, including administrative equipment, medical equipment and supplies, pharmaceutical prescriptions (not the medications), radiology and shall perform all clinical and administrative support staff functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services as may be required by DVA and in accordance with Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) Hospital Accreditation Standards, and other regulatory agencies.
