- The Drug Enforcement Administration/Office of Acquisition Management (DEA/FAC) posted a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for hazardous waste removal and disposal services. It is anticipated that services will be required in the contract areas listed in the attached documents on the DEA website. The Draft RFP can be found on DEA's Acquisition webpage located at www.dea.gov (click on jobs, then for acquisitions and contracts, then open solicitations). Hardcopies of the Draft RFP will not be available. This Draft RFP is for industry review of the Hazardous Waste and Disposal Services requirement. Sections L&M are being revised; therefore, Sections L&M are not part of this Draft RFP.
