- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center, Carswell, Fort Worth, Texas intends to issue solicitation RFQ50507-026-06 for the provision of pest control services for the Staff Housing at FMC Carswell. The contractor shall supply, deliver, and install all pesticides and chemicals needed for the pest control treatment of 24 staff housing units at FMC Carswell. The contractor providing services under this contract must be certified by the state of Texas, and comply with all Federal, State, and Local Laws and Statues regarding pesticide applications and provide a guarantee of service for the entire period of performance. The service will be performed on a monthly basis and must cover the outside as well as the inside of the Housing Units. Service will be performed at a time mutually agreed upon the contractor and the Government. The contract period shall consist of effective date of award through 12 months from effective date of award and four 12-month option periods for renewal. The solicitation will be available on or about June 14, 2006 and will be distributed solely through the website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through the website. The anticipated receipt of quotes is July 20, 2006. The solicitation is unrestricted. Interest parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
