- Williams Creek Trail Clearing and Re-Construction Trail No. 587 & 664. In general, this project consists of: 1) Clearing snowslide timber from 250 feet of trail, 2) Excavation of 150 feet of rock in trail, 3) Construction of new trail path, approximately 4,000 feet. the solicitation for this project will only be made available from the Fed Biz Opps website - www.fedbizopps.gov. This project is being advertised under the small business competitiveness Demonstration program and as such it is open to large and small businesses.
