- Description
- The Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA (DDSP) has a requirement for the purchase of 2,700 each Deluxe First Aid Family Kits. The description of the Deluxe First Aid Family Kits is as follows: DELUXE FIRST AID FAMILY KIT The kit shall be contained in a black nylon bag. The kit shall contain at a minimum the following: 40 ea adhesive strips, 7 ea children?s adhesive strips, 3 ea knuckle bandages, 3 ea fingertip bandages, 2 ea adhesive patches 2" x 3", 5 ea butterfly closures, 1 ea 4" pressure bandage, 1 ea trauma dressing 5" x 9", 5 ea gauze pads 2" x 2" and 2 ea 4" x 4" gauze pads. The black bag shall have gold or yellowing lettering on it as follows: DDSP SAFETY, DO IT FOR LIFE This requirement will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), reference number SB3100-6138--3051. This Request for Quotation is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339113 and the associated size standard is 500 employees. The exact date and time for receipt of offers, shall be provided in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) package which will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about the week of 24 June 2006.
