- Description
- Repairs to Elevated Causeway System Modular (ELCAS-M) Pontoons. Provide management, material, support services labor, supplies and equipment deemed necessary to accomplish repairs to pontoons for the ELCAS-M. Contractors must have all equipment (i.e. jigs and fixtures) required to perform this work including alignment of completed pontoon assemblies. First article testing will be required to demonstrate alignment procedures. Drawings for jig and fixture assembly for ELCAS-M Drill Fixture and Shoot Bolt Assembly will be incorporated into the solicition. This will be a firm fixed-price contract. Performance of work: Pontoons will be picked-up and delivered to Little Creek Amphibious Base, Norfolk, Virginia. Award will be based on best value procurement utilizing technical, past performance and price as evaluation factors. Place of performance is unrestricted. This procurement is not restricted to MSRA/ABR Contractors.
