- The Army Medical Department (AMEDD), the U.S. Army Medical Information Technology Center (USAMITC), and the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intend to award a contract to Northrop Grumman Integic for development of software t o support Tele-Consultation in AHLTA - Inter-facility, Group Consultation and Data Layer Integrated in AHLTA for use with Decision Support Tools. Northrop Grumman is the developer and integrator of AHLTA. This work requires programming changes and enhanc ements within AHLTA. This work can only be performed by the entity that can change/write the core programming code for the AHLTA application. Therefore there are no other companies that can provide this service and/or produce this work. Telephonic inqui ries into this notice shall not be honored.
