- Pre-Invitation Notice for Building 271, W. 3rd Street, Wichita, KS. IFB 06/22/2006. Estimated Cost Range: $25,000 to $65,000. Time for completion: 30 days after notice to proceed. No document charge or deposit is required. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required for the addition and demolition of walls, painting, adding and/or replacing carpet, rebalancing of the HVAC and lighting, relocating fire/safety equipment and egress, adding and/or removing doors, frames and hardware, completing miscellaneous electrical work, providing building power to systems furniture as required and adding or removing suspended ceilings and/or tiles as needed on the 3rd, & 5th floors of Building 271, W. 3rd Street, Wichita, KS. Scope of Work and drawings will be supplied to interested bidders after the close of this pre-solicitation.
