- AMOUNT: The General Services Administration (GSA) desires to lease approximately 12,595 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space yielding a minimum of 10,952 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously usable) square feet with five (5) structured parking spaces., and TENANT: United States Bankruptcy Court (USBC). LOCATION: The area of consideration is in San Diego, CA, within the following delineated area: North: W. F Street South: W. G Street West: State Street East: Front Street LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: Class ?A? space in an ofice building and section of the city that is professional and prestigious in appearance, well-maintained, and of modern design and/or tastefully rehabilitated to modern use with access to public transportation. The space must meet or be capable of being altered to meet the Government's requirements for ADA compliance and seismic safety. There should be, as determined by the GSA Contracting Officer, adequate public parking, public transportation, and service amenities in the area.
