Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Philadelphia, Pennsylvania * This posting modifies a posting dated December 21, 2005. Modifications have been made to the amount of required square footage as well as the number of required parking spaces. * The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 14,720 rentable square feet, yielding 12,800 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The building must be located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, outside of the Central Business District (?CBD?) but within the city boundaries. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 2007. The offered space must be first class office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Governments general and specific requirements, including, but not limited to: 1. Space must be one contiguous block with no separating corridors. 2. Convenient to the visiting public and accessible by the Government at all times. 3. Three (3) inside/structured parking spaces, plus access to a minimum of 50 additional parking spaces at no additional cost. 4. The location should have good access to transportation, provide a safe working environment, and have a variety of restaurant and service shops nearby. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet available and rentable rate per square foot 3. Common Area Factor 4. Basic Floorplan Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
