- SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Firms having the capabilities to perform the services in this announcement are invited to respond by submitting a letter of interest TO: General Services Administration, 401 West Peachtree Street NW, Suite 2513, Atlanta, Georgia 30308, Attention: John Yallech, by 3:00 PM local time on May 5, 2006. Please address inquiries to John Yallech, Contracting Officer or by e-mail john.yallech@gsa.gov. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained online at www.ccr.gov or through the CCR Assistance Center (CCRAC) at 1.888.227.2423. This is a small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS Code is 541410. The SIC Code is 7389. The Small Business Size is $6.0 million. For the purposes of this procurement, any concern will be classified as a small business if its average annual gross revenue for the preceding three (3) fiscal years does not exceed the small business size standard listed above.
