Description

Subject to final approval, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) intends to acquire on a sole-source basis from Customer Expressions, 32 Clarendon Ave., Ottowa, ON, K1y OP2, Canada, Phase II of the Customer Expressions software. Phase I of this requirement was completed in PO number TPD-FIN-05-00036. Phase II is for software enhancements to FinCEN?s existing I-Sight Case Management System. This software is proprietary to Customer Expressions and must be maintained and supported by them. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Services are being solicited and awarded as a commercial item in accordance with FAR 13.5. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response. Written responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the requirement at terms more advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider all written responses received no later than 2:00 p.m. EDT, June 23, 2006. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to Customer Expressions. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
