- Provide vessel painting on an as needed basis via a Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity service type contract. Work shall be ordered via individual task orders. Pricing shall be based on square feet of painting required and shall include all labor, materials, tools/equipment and all other costs associated with the painting of vessel hulls. The period of performance shall be a base year and two one-year options which may be exercised by the government. Services include cleaning, hull inspection for damages, preparing the hull for painting and painting. This is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS is 336611. The government shall deliver the vessels to the contractor?s facility via water route or trailer. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Electronic submission of quotes is available through the NECO website. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed.
