- The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC command has a requirement for services encompassing Testing and Evaluation including Enviorment, Safety and Hazard Support to support Product Manager - Individual Weapons in life cycle phases which include new weapon systems being developed, current weapon systems in production, and existing weapons systems being sustained and demilitarized. The contractor will perform, but not to be limited to performing the following services: small arms program research, analysis, and coordination in support of decision making processes for PM IW Product Directors by attending meetings, providing analyses and reports, reviewing and commenting on documents and preparing original acquisition documents. A Non-Disclosure statement will be required to be signed by the offeror(s) receiving an award. The government intends to award this contract on the basis of best value using Full and Open Competition. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be firm fixed price, level of effort contract with four (4) option years. Solicitation will be posted on the TACOM- Picatinny Acquisition Center website located at http://procnet.pica.army.mil on or about 06/23/2006.
