- Description
- JCC-I/A, Baghdad, Iraq has a requirement for the procurement of medical equipment to equip 18 refurbished hospitals as listed in the solicitation package posted on the rebuilding-iraq.net web site. This is a firm-fixed price procurement for brand name or equal commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 15 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All offers must reference the RFP number W91GXZ-06-R-0008. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provisions. Country of Origin restrictions do apply as outlined in DFARS 252.225-7021. Award shall be made on the basis of "Best Value", which in the Government's estimation provides the greatest overall benefit to the user. This combined synopsis/solicitation is an update to the presolicitation notice posted on May 10, 2006. Note the closing date for RFP submissions is June 15, 2006. Amendment 2 is posted on www.rebuilding-iraq.net.
