- Description
- This is a requirement for the overhaul/modification of the F15E MOSG Concentrator. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish the overhaul/modification, test, packing, preservation and packaging of the F15E MOSG Concentrator. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The item and quantities are as follows: Item 0001: Overhaul/Modify NSN 1660-01-338-7046BO, P/Ns: 3261093-0201, 3261093-0202 and 3261093-0203 to be Returned As: NSN 1660-01-522-7140BO Noun; MSOG Concentrator; Applicable to F-15E aircraft; Quantity: 206 each. Item 0002: Over and Above Work. Deliveries are to be 3 each per month 30 days after receipt of order and reparables. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 26 Jun 2006. Award will be based on meeting our requirements and cannot be delayed pending qualifications of additional sources. APPROVED SOURCE is: Carleton Life Support Systems, Davenport IA. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
