- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F1T1DG6145A100 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. This notice is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 334119 and small business size standard is 1000 Employees. Request a quote on the following item(s) and quantity(s) manufactured by Cisco Systems Incorporated: CLIN 0001: 8 each, Cisco Catalyst 3750 12SFP Standard Multilayer Image (Part# WS-C3750G-12S-S) to include Cisco Power Cord 110V (Part# CAB-AC). CLIN 0002: 96 each, Cisco 1000 Base-SX Short Wavelength SFP (Multimode Only) (Part# GLC-SX-MM) CLIN 0003: 3 years Maintenance each (8 of item 0001 for total quantity of 24), Cisco 8x5xNBD Onsite Cat 3750 12 SFP Std Multilayer Image. Offerors shall provide a brand name or equal. These items are required to accomplish integration into existing hardware and test mission support capablities within the Air Operations Center. The Cisco switch components are the only available component capability of its kind that could integrate into the existing hardware and system under test compatibility requirements. Minimum chassis component capabilities required include: 1. Gigabit Fiber Switches and 2. Gigabit Ethernet connections for the network integration. FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to this acquisition. Offerors providing an or-equal product shall provide specification sheets or product literature for evaluation by the requesting activity with their proposal submission. Items are to be delivered FOB destination to Freeman Computer Sciences Center, 201 W Eglin Blvd Suite 228, Eglin AFB, FL 32542 for inspection and acceptance by an authorized government official. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated either by reference or full text and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items. The significant evaluation factors will be based on technical acceptability and price related factors, when combined are approximately equal. Proposals shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, with its quotation. Failure to do so may result in your proposal to be considered non-responsive. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies with the following addendum: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration. Registration with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) is mandatory. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration is applicable.
