- Medical Technician for Primary Care Management. Personnel required to comply with scope of work. Individual must be BLS training and EMT qualified. Contract will run for 1 year from award date 1 July 2006 to 1 July 2007. Contractor must be aware of the scope of work and be willing to obtain all necessary medical training and background screening. Examples to include but limited to HIPAA, CPR, EOC, Healthstream and computer security.
