This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-03. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business; NAICS: 335999. STATEMENT OF WORK BLDG 764, LITTLE ROCK AFB, AR SURVEILLANCE CAMERA INSTALLATION CONTRACT Contractor is requested to install approximately forty indoor cameras and approximately six outdoor cameras in the interior and exterior of a three-story 200 ft long by 40 ft wide building. Requirements include installation of associated monitoring/DVD recording equipment, wireless capability, locking storage racks. Indoor cameras will be installed in various locations on the first, second, and third floors to include the central interior stairwell. Mounting surfaces will vary depending on location of camera at a height of approximately seven feet from each floor level. Majority of cameras will be mounted in drywall ceiling. Other mounting surfaces include drop ceiling tiles, concrete, and steel beams. Ample conduit is available between floors and between rooms on each floor to accommodate routing of wires from central control room to all cameras. Central control room is at approximately center of building on the first floor. In addition to monitoring equipment in central control room, a cable drop is needed in an office in the front; first floor of the building to enable equipment for monitoring of all cameras to be installed at a later date. Two outdoor cameras are to be installed behind the building mounted on a separate aluminum sided utility building with cameras view covering the length of Bldg. 764. Other outdoor cameras must be hard-wired to the control room may possibly require routing by means of buried cable to external mounting location approximately 25 feet from building.
