Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, VA Medical Center, Gainesville, FL, intends to award a sole source contract to Aladdin Temp-Rite, LLC for custom design for docking stations and a turn-key installation of a Convect-Rite III System (Cook/Chill). The authority for this sole source requirement is FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties will be considered if the response includes a clear understanding that their submission has the identical capabilities of the Convect-Rite III System. Interested parties must respond in writing to the Contracting Officer within ten (10) calendar days after initial publication of this notice. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 333319. Please reference RFQ Number 573-108-06 on any submission.
