Description

US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), with Harte-Hanks Data Technologies, Inc. of Billerica, MA for Core Trillium/ SAP (software) TS Quality Production License Renewal and Maintenance previously purchased from Harte-Hanks Data Technologies, Inc. Harte-Hanks is the sole proprietor of this software and all licenses. ***Sole Source determination is based on the need for the new Trillium software to maintain absolute compatibility with CBP?s existing Trillium software functionality and capabilities. ***Delivery shall be FOB Destination, Washington, DC, and is required within 30 days after receipt of order. ***The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 518210 and the size standard is 21 million dollars. **The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Harte-Hanks Data Technologies, Inc.. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, if any interested party believes it can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can perform the requirement. A determination to compete this action based on the responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via mail, facsimile, or email. Documents over 10 pages total will not be accepted by facsimile. Verifications of receipt of responses are the sole responsibility of the contractor. If no responsive statements are received by June 13, 2006 at 12:00 pm EST, an award shall be made to Harte-Hanks Data Technologies, Inc.
