- The U.S. Department of Agriculture intends to procure a Gasoline pump and Record Keeping System with the following specifications: The contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of the existing gasoline pump system. A new current production gasoline pump/dispensing system is to be installed and connected to the location?s 10,000 gal. gasoline storage tank. The pump is to be card activated and display quantity dispensed and cost. Card activation device must require the use of a PIN or security number. System will include a computerized record keeping system to allow easy data collection for gasoline used by the location?s 200 vehicles. Each vehicle to be identified with an electronic pump card. System to include capability of recording vehicle odometer reading. The Gasoline pump and Record Keeping System will be delivered FOB and installed at the USDA-ARS, Stoneville, MS 38776. An IFB with complete specification requirements will be issued on or about June 27, 2006 with bids being due July 27, 2006. These dates are tentative and will be specified in the IFB package.
