Acceptable sources: New Hampshire Ball Bearings (83086), Timken Super Precision Div. Super Precision (40920), BAE Systems Information & Electronic Systems Integration Inc. (94117). Configuration Control applies. Flight Safety Critical Part, Critical application. Award for this item can only be made for a domestically manufactured (U.S. or Canada) bearing and bearing components. See the restriction on acquisition of ball and roller bearings, DFARS 252.225.7016. A long term contract (IQC) is anticipated with base year and four option years. Estimated annual demand is 1,968 each. Guaranteed minimum quantity is 492 each, with a maximum contract quantity (base year) of 2952 each. Minimum stock delivery order of 492 each, maximum stock delivery order 984 each. Terms FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Higher level quality requirement applies. Required delivery is 214 days. This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business.
