- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Qliktech , Inc. The contractor is to provide QlikView Enterprise and QlikView Professional software licenses (SFAC ID 96TM-3b) for test and evaluation and one year of maintenance.
