Description

The Bureau of Land Management Amarillo Field Office through the New Mexico State Office has an upcoming requirement for the workover of Bivins A-3 crude helium injection well located 15 miles northwest of Amarillo, Texas at Bush Dome Field. This is a turnkey job with all services and equipment provided and made available on location in an expedient manner by the successful offeror. Work consists of workover rig, labor, equipment, and tools; purchase and delivery of 2% KCL water (2 loads); acidization and swabbing (if necessary) of well; packer redressing or new packer by representative on location; perforated 2 2/8 inch pup joint; and disposal of liquids in flowback tank. Performance will commence immediately after award. Due to the urgency of the need, targeted delivery date is 10 days after award. Anticipated award of the firm-fixed price contract is on or by June 8, 2006. Evaluation criteria for award consideration, listed in descending order of importance, will include technical capability to meet the government need; price; ability to meet the required delivery date; and past performance. Technical capability and past performance when combined are approximately equal to cost or price. Request for Quotation No. GDQ060035 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be posted approximately 24 hours after transmission of this announcement.
