Description

PINK HOUSE BOAT RAMP REPLACEMENT - The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct facilities at Pink House Recreation Site, including a new paved access road, preparation area, 95"x67" corrugated metal pipe arch culvert, segmental block retaining wall, ready area and boat launch ramp. The work is located in Clearwater County, ID. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The anticipated period of performance is 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Bidders will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about June 19, 2006. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov. Title 9 Nez Perce Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) is applicable to solicitation and award of this project. An administrative fee of two percent of the contract amount is due and payable to the TERO office upon award of the contract. This fee shall be included in the bid. Contractor is required to meet with the TERO prior to commencement of any work under this contract and submit an acceptable plan for implementation of its obligations under TERO regulations. See numbered note 27 for set-aside information.
