- The Rocky Mountain Network, VISN 19 Contracting Officer, intends to negotiate with Fresenius USA for the preventative maintenance and repair of the Fresenius Dialysis systems currently in use at the Eastern Colorado Health Care System, Denver facility. Entities that feel they can provide this service must present evidence that they are certified to repair Fresenius dialysis systems when they present their request for the solicitation package. It is anticipated that the package will be ready for issuance by July 1, 2006. Proof of certification and a request for the RFP package may be submitted in one of the following manners: 1) FAX your documents to the attention of Brenda S. Birks, Contracting Officer at 303-691-6558; 2) e-mail your documents (certifications may be sent in Adobe format) brenda.birks2@va.gov; or 3) mail your documents to Brenda S. Birks, Contracting Officer, Rocky Mountain Network, VISN 19 Contracting, 4100 E. Mississippi Avenue, Suite 1110, Glendale, CO 80246. All supporting documents and requests for the RFP package must be received in this office by June 30, 2006.
