- Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to "Replace Finishes, Bldg. 64, 2nd & 3rd Floor Corridors?, Project 573A4-05-107 at the VA Medical Center, Lake City, FL. The NAICS code is 238320/size standard is $13 million. Estimated cost range is $100,000-$250,000. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, drawings and schedules of the solicitation, Subject to the Availability of Funds. THIS SOLICITATION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SDVOSB (SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS). Bids or offers from other than service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. (b) Definitions As used in this provision: ?Service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern? (1) means a small business concern (i) not less than 51 percent of which is owned by one or more service-disabled veterans or, in the case of any publicly owned business, not less than 51 percent of the stock of which is owned by one or more service-disabled veterans and (ii) The management and daily business operations of which are controlled by one or more service-disabled veterans or, in the case of a veteran with permanent and severe disability, the spouse or permanent caregiver of such veteran. (2) Service-disabled veteran means a veteran, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(2), with a disability that is service-connected, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(16).
