Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to procure software with the established requirement: Must monitor all the components per release in the WebLogic Container. Must be transparent to the application Must Monitor component response times. Must be able to be applied in all environments including PROD in a non-intrusive and low overhead manner Must have a rapid time to monitoring Must be able to dynamically discover components as they exist in the monitored environment This software is needed for four(4) production CPU?s, four(4) test CPU?s and two(2) development CPU?s, we also require first year maintenance and upgrades, implementation consulting and training. The Government intends to evaluate offers based on the above criteria and award a contract without discussions with Offerors providing the requested service. Therefore, the initial offer should contain the offeror?s best terms. The quotation shall include the price, prompt payment terms, the F.O.B. Point(Destination or Origin), Taxpayer Identification Number(TIN), Dun & Bradstreet Number(DUNS),and descriptive literature of the service quoted. The quotation must reference Solicitation number 2006-Q-08623. Quotations will be due fifteen(15) calendar days from the publication date of this synopsis All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. Quotations may be faxed to (770)488-2671, Attn. Ivory Reid or emailed to ireid@cdc.gov All vendors must be registered in the Central Contracting Registry(CCR) prior to award of a Federal contract. CCR registration can be completed online at http://www.ccr.gov.
