- The USPTO plans to issue a sole source purchase order to Systems Integration, Inc., 8201 Corporate Drive, Suite 300, Landover, MD 20785 for renewal of software licenses, software maintenance and software support for Interactive Intelligence, Inc.?s (I3) Customer Interaction Center Software and hardware maintenance and support for Stratus Technologies, Inc.?s Fault Tolerance Servers. USPTO?s current Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) Infrastructure utilizes Interactive Intelligence, Inc.?s (I3) proprietary Customer Interaction Center (CIC) software, Stratus Technologies? fault tolerance (ft) Servers and SII developed ft Server telephony cards. SII is uniquely qualified to continue to provide the required support based on the following justification: (1) SII is the only company that is both I3 Certified and Stratus Certified; (2) SII Integrated the I3 Software with the Stratus ft Servers for use in USPTO?s ECC Infrastructure and (3) SII is the developer and sole maintenance provider for the telephony cards that work in conjunction with the Stratus ft Servers. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541519 is applicable to this procurement.
