Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Northern Plains Agricultural Research Laboratory located in Sidney, Montana, requires installation of a heating system for one shop building. The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work. The Government estimates the cost of construction between $15,000 and $50,000. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAX'D TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER @ (970) 492-7031 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-1301-82HW-06. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ (970) 492-7031 ON OR BEFORE JULY 7, 2006. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 238220 with a small business size not exceeding $12 million average annual gross receipts. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-1301-82HW-06 which will be available on or about June 19, 2006. The anticipated award date is July 10, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
