- This synopsis covers a 100% small business set aside acquisition of Gloves, Welder?s, Leather. NSN 8415-00-268-7859(s). The base year is for min 6,500/max 14,500. Three mandatory one-year term options will be required, each with min 6,500/max 15,500. CID A-A-50022B dated 10 January 1996. Production lead-time is 180 days, with 7 monthly deliveries to New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA, FOB Destination. Best Value procedures will be used. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Model, Past Performance, and DLA Mentoring Plan.
