Single award term contract for the period beginning Date of Award and ending November 30, 2006 and 2 6-month option periods (December 1, 2006 through May 31, 2007 and June 1, 2007 through November 30, 2007. These specifications cover the production of pressure sensitive stickers requiring such operations as copy pickup, typesetting, reproducibles, screenprinting, die-cutting irregular shapes, trimming, mounting on rolls, packing, and delivery. Approximately 9 orders, up to 15 items per order. Approximately 500 to 30,000 copies per order. Material to be picked up from Warren, MI. Deliver f.o.b. destination to various locations.
