- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 9,210 rentable square feet yielding 8,009 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space in Miami, Florida. Lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space is preferred to be located on any floor of a building above ground level as long as it is accessible. Site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. The delineated area is bounded as follows: North: SW 56 Street (Miller Road) South: SW 120 Street East: US-1 West: SW 137 Avenue Seven (7) parking spaces shall be reserved for government vehicles. The site should be accessible by public transportation. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. A fully serviced lease is required to be located in secure office space and facilities in a professional surrounding and/or tasteful rehabilitation (in current use). The space must include ample windows to provide natural lighting. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before April 1, 2007. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Subleases are not acceptable. If you desire to submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 5:00 PM EDT, June 13, 2006.
