- This request for Standing Price Quote to include both stock locations (Burlington, NJ and French Camp, CA) for quote; revise the estimated 12 month quantities. GSA, FSS, intends to establish a Standing Price Quote (SPQ), not to exceed twelve (12) months for FSC 8040 stock NSN 8040-01-360-8079. This SPQ will cover this NSN until a contract can be awarded and is in place. This NSN is for an 8040 Adhesive. The estimated quantities shown for a 12 month period and are only estimates and are under GSA?s Stock Program. Delivery will be FOB Destination to GSA Distribution Centers and/or military depots.
