- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to make a Sole Source Award to Compass Associates, 40 Oak Drive, Doylestown, PA 18901 for the conduct of Workforce Change Management and Transition Assistance workshop for the Wage and Investment Division. This workshop is the culmination of an overall program developed under an expiring contract. Compass Associates is the only firm with the background and foundation to conduct this particular workshop due to their existing development and preparation. Sole Source award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2).
