- The U.S. Geological Survey, Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility, Stennis Space Center, MS 39529, plans to make a non competitive award via written request for quotation to Hach Environmental, 5600 Lindbergh Drive, Loveland, CO 80539-0389, for water quality monitoring systems, probes and spare parts, solely for the purpose of restocking the Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility Warehouse. The Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility is responsible for testing, evaluating and warehousing numerous types of instrumentation and equipment to support field data collection activities of other federal agencies. This notice is for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement to the Contracting Officer no later than the identified response date. Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302 for the proposed contract.
