Description

The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Rocky Mountain Regional Office is soliciting offers from interested sources to provide Document imaging software and supporting licenses, 12-month technical support and upgrade agreement support, on-site installation and training services and Panasonic KV-S2026C scanners (or comparable) with installation for the BIA-Wind River Agency, Real Estate Services Department on the Wind River Indian Reservation in Fort Washakie, Wyoming. FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used. A firm-fixed price Purchase Order will be awarded. The estimated procurement range for this acquisition is between $25,000 - $100,000. This procurement is set-aside to 51% Native American owned businesses. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website in order to receie contracts and purchase orders from the Federal Government.
