Synopsis: This is a Cost plus fixed-fee, Cost Reimbursement, Firm Fixed Price type contract to obtain engineering study for a form, fit and function replacement of the B-1 AN/ALM-280 Enhanced Automated Special Test Equipment (EASTE) Spectrum Analyzer. The period of performance will be for a basic one-year period. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 19 June 2006 with the approximate response date of 25 July 2006.
