- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-08 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 2006-03-21. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 5088 and the size standard is 100 employees. NAICS is 423860. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (the award will be less than $100,000) will be followed. The 412 TW/ AFFTC, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking potential capable of providing the following items. The equipment needs to be equal to the items listed to meet the form, fit, and function of existing systems. REQUIREMENTS: 1) B-1 Main Landing Gear Nose Wheel Adapter 1 EA; 2) B-1 Nose Landing Gear Wheel Adapter 1 EA; 3) B-52 Main Landing Gear Wheel Adapter 1 EA; 4) C-17 Messier-Bugatti Main Landing Gear Wheel Adapter 1 EA; 5) C-17 Honeywell Main Landing Gear Wheel Adapter 1 EA; 6) C-17 Nose Landing Gear Wheel Adapter 1 EA; 7) B-2 Main Landing Gear Wheel Adapter 1 EA; 8) B-2 Nose Landing Gear Wheel Adapter 1 EA; 9) C-130 Main Landing Gear Wheel Adapter 1 EA; 10) C-130 Nose Landing Gear Wheel Adapter 1 EA; 11) KC-135 Main Landing Gear Wheel Adapter 1 EA; 12) KC-135 Nose Landing Gear Wheel Adapter 1 EA; 13) F-16 Block 30 Main Landing Gear Wheel Adapter 1 EA; 14) Wheel Build Up Stand 1 EA; Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing complete quote including delivery FOB destination Edwards AFB CA 93524.
