- The Durham VA Medical Center has a requirement for a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services to include all parts, labor, materials, and transportation necessary to perform two (2) preventive maintenance inspections annually and unlimited service calls for Government-owned equipment located in the GRECC and Research areas of the VA Medical Center, 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS. Contract base period will be July 1, 2006 through September 30, 2006 with four (4) 12 month renewable option periods. NAICS code 811219 applies with a business standard size of $6.5 million. Solicitation documents will be available on or about June 2, 2006 and may be downloaded from the following website: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. All requests for hard copies shall be submitted in writing via facsimile to the Contracting Officer. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Offers are due on or before 3:00pm EST June 19, 2006.
