- Since issuance of the SIR/RFO the FAA has received several questions from potential offerors seeking clarification. The attached document (UPS Ques & Answers.pdf) provides those questions along with the FAA's corresponding answers. Amendment #A001 (attached) to the SIR/RFO is issued extending the scheduled closing date for receipt of offers to July 6, 2006, in order to allow time for consideration of the questions and answers and associated changes. A revised "Past Performance Questionnaire" (Attachment L.2) incorporating a revision to page 2 is also attached. This announcement constitutes a re-issuance of Screening Information Request/Request for Offer (SIR/RFO) No. DTFAAC-05-R-02204, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Equipment Requirements/NAILS Technical Support Services, initially issued on July 7, 2005, and subsequently extended indefinitely on September 7, 2005.
