- This is a request for information onlyThe U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center is conducting market research in order to identify those vendors interested in participating in the RBS Pilot Program by providing RBS Maintenance Kits as described herein. It is the Government?s intention to have all kits stored at the Contractor?s facility until such time as they are notified of a shipping destination. The Contractor shall be responsible for delivering each Kit to the respective destination no later than 7 calendar days after receipt of notification to ship. The exact number of kits required is not known at this time. Each item within each kit shall be individually preserved and packaged in the unit form that it is sold over the counter to the general public. All items within a kit shall be packaged in one container however vendors interested in this requirement should include suggestions for adequate packaging of each kit. Responses to this notice must be received within 15 calendar days from the date this notice is published. Responses received after this deadline shall not be considered. No cost and pricing data is required. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement mentioned above. The Government does not intend to pay for any information submitted in response to this notice. For information regarding this request please contact the Contracting officials listed herein.
