- Description
- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 6685-00-020-2976, RN060590030000, Kit, Dual Chuck Stem Gage, in accordance with Military/Federal Specifications/Standards. Refer to section L, clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. First Article Inspection Preproduction approval required. The First Article sample size shall be two complete units. Requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This RFP will be issued as Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Proposals will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand quantity (155 each for the base year and 196 each for each of the four option years. The award will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation with delivery equal to price. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
