Configuration Control Applies. Critical Application Item. This item is not on the service?s Critical Safety Item list as of 6/2/2006. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Required delivery is 90 days ARO, FOB Destination. Destination Inspection is required.. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Other than full and open competition. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package.
