- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 6695-01-324-4698, RN060300010000, Bezel, Instrument in accordance with McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Company, Cage: 76301, P/N 5M2670-001. Another source listed in the AID is Executive Technical Services Inc., Cage: 0C2J3, P/N 504617-205. Requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. This RFP will be issued as Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open Competition. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Proposals will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand quantity (76 each for the base year and 76 each for each of the four option years. The award will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation with delivery equal to price. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Destination.
