- This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Group Two, NAB Little Creek, Norfolk, Va intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to ATA Defense Industries, Inc. for 2 each AMTC-3 Portable Armor Moving Target System. System is battery powered, radio-controlled with 3 external address switches. includes 2 yr warranty. Targets move on rails for target practice. Also, 5 each AMTC-DR, track for target system.
