- Fleet Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound, in support of Ships Repair Facility-Japan Regional Maintenance Command, Det Sasebo, Japan is soliciting for a firm fixed price supply type contract to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Howden Buffalo Inc. for a vacuum fan assembly. Howden Buffalo Inc is the OEM for the parts to be replaced. Anticipated delivery date of 30 Dec 06. Place of delivery will be Tracy AFB, CA 94535. The solicitation will be issued on or about 07 Jun 06 and closing on or about 19 Jun 06. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Proposed contract to be procured using FAR Part 13. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time.
