- REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS ISSUED - ONLY WRITTEN OR FAXED REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE, NO EXCEPTIONS - FAX No. 602/ 379-6763, Attention - Paul Robinson, Contract Specialist. REQUIREMENT: (1) Base Bid - Quarters 13 & 15, Remove asbestos-free shingles to wood deck; replace any rotted wood decking; install composition asphalt shingles over unperforated felt; (2) Additive Alternative No. 1 - Quarters 13 & 15, Install gutters and down spouts with concrete splash blocks; (3) Replace equivalent of 4 x 8 sheet of plywood deck of same thickness and structural design. Project is is to be completed no later than August 31, 2006.
